Low Voltage Current Taransformers

Kappa CTs are ASTA type tested to IEC 61869 series for 50KA/ 3 secs. The certification covers metering, protection and class PX CTs in tape insulated, resin cast and ABS Case constructions.
Our CTs are designed to be compact, accurate and to deliver reliable performance under stringent operating conditions.
Our LV offering includes both a standard range for metering and protection and a custom-built range to suit your specific performance and dimensional requirements.
Our standard sizes have been determined based on all the required performance parameters including temperature rise and short time current requirements.
CTs comply with the applicable European Directives and are CE marked
Automated design and testing software linked to customers order ensures complete reliability even while processing high volumes.
All Kappa LV Cs carry a Kappa Hologram, computerized labels, unique serial numbers coded according to factory location and year of manufacture and unique part numbers.
Test certificates are available on request.
